You can report issues via our tenant portal, through email, or by calling our maintenance hotline. For faster service, include a clear description of the issue and any photos if possible

Emergencies include:

  • Gas leaks

  • No electricity, water, or heat

  • Major water leaks or flooding

  • Fire or structural damage

  • Broken locks or windows that compromise security
    In these cases, contact us immediately through our emergency line.

Urgent issues are prioritized and typically resolved within 24 hours. Standard requests are usually addressed within 2–3 business days, depending on the nature of the problem.

Routine repairs and maintenance are usually covered by the landlord or property manager. However, if damage is caused by negligence or misuse, the tenant may be responsible for the cost of repair.

Tenants should not attempt major repairs on their own. Always report issues through official channels so we can send qualified professionals. Unauthorized repairs may violate your lease terms.

Routine inspections are performed seasonally (spring and fall), and additional checks may occur annually or as needed to ensure safety and functionality of the property.

In most cases, if you provide permission, our maintenance team can enter your unit during scheduled hours. We always provide notice before entering unless it’s an emergency situation.
